wow only for hardcore gamers?
"first time posting, and my english writing isn't the best either, but here I go : 1- was doing some pvp in Eos lately, and i got a rouge trapped in a isblock behind me, he didn't use his trinklet so i tstarted shooting on another 2 enemies trying to kill us on FR. Today I dropped Mining to take up Enchanting aftermonths of internal debate. suddenly a rouge wispers me: u @#%^ing idiot! i zapped him, and was going to garotte him, now u @#%^ed it all up! i replyed that i din't see that he was zapped, then he preplyed that then im a stupid idiot and must have been E-bayed..........I know the cost involved and it would break my back to level all the way to 375 for the Enchant Ring - Stats and the Enchant Ring - Healing Power along the way, but if I felt that if I were truly dedicated to Arena play, there simply was no other way. so, guys and girs, i can see his point that i should have seen the zapped enemy, but mistakes is to learn of.In fact, I'm rather disappointed in myself for having taken this long to take up Enchanting. and this rouge wasn't doing any good at the BG anyway (on the bottom on every statistic), so is he entiteled to attack me so harsh.Embarrassingly, I wasn't hardcore enough. and what does E-bayed means.Fortunately, I had informed my wife of this decision weeks ago and she's been generous enough to amass a bunch of Enchanting materials for me to use in skilling up. "I started doing the fishing dailies about 4 days after 2.4 patched on two toons. Today I dropped Mining to take up Enchanting aftermonths of internal debate. So far on both, I got the fishing tracker book and the booze recipe.I know the cost involved and it would break my back to level all the way to 375 for the Enchant Ring - Stats and the Enchant Ring - Healing Power along the way, but if I felt that if I were truly dedicated to Arena play, there simply was no other way. Individually I got a shadow pearl once and jaggal pearl 2X once.In fact, I'm rather disappointed in myself for having taken this long to take up Enchanting. Think I got motes two or 3 times, but not in the last 5 days.Embarrassingly, I wasn't hardcore enough. The highest level of ""junk"" I got was the Gold Wedding Band.Fortunately, I had informed my wife of this decision weeks ago and she's been generous enough to amass a bunch of Enchanting materials for me to use in skilling up. "I`m a big fan of Final Fantasy, and have been playing the Final Fantasy 11 mmorpg for the better part of 4 years now. Today I dropped Mining to take up Enchanting aftermonths of internal debate. I decided to take a break from it for a bit and give WoW a try.I know the cost involved and it would break my back to level all the way to 375 for the Enchant Ring - Stats and the Enchant Ring - Healing Power along the way, but if I felt that if I were truly dedicated to Arena play, there simply was no other way. I skimmed through the wiki site but it just made me more confused.In fact, I'm rather disappointed in myself for having taken this long to take up Enchanting. I have no experience when it comes to WoW lore and know nothing about the game or the warcraft universe.Embarrassingly, I wasn't hardcore enough. I want to apologize in advance for some of the noob questions I`m about to ask.Fortunately, I had informed my wife of this decision weeks ago and she's been generous enough to amass a bunch of Enchanting materials for me to use in skilling up. From what I read, certain races can only play certain job classes; so does 1 race play a job better than another race which can play the same job.She even made me a Spellfire Bag. Are races appearance only or do they each hold different stats in health, magic, etc.Now the trek begins. wow po Warrior and Paladins are both tanks and damage dealers right. People who wont listen
"The only time you should get issues is during elemental stage when people arent targeting aran personally, big juicy raid warnings should solve that. Today I dropped Mining to take up Enchanting aftermonths of internal debate. if they have that and still move call them out on it by name, once people get singled out as the one that moved they should take extra care.I know the cost involved and it would break my back to level all the way to 375 for the Enchant Ring - Stats and the Enchant Ring - Healing Power along the way, but if I felt that if I were truly dedicated to Arena play, there simply was no other way. Of all the times i have gone only a few times have i seen a wipe caused by flamewreath, its actually the least disruptive of his abilities I will be switching to Warhammer when it goes out, since Im tired of WoW Grinding, Since Ive been playing for almost 2 and a half years.In fact, I'm rather disappointed in myself for having taken this long to take up Enchanting. If I was barely at Kara stage I wouldnt have gotten very far before Warhammer launched.Embarrassingly, I wasn't hardcore enough. What am I doing wrong?
"So I decided to try a BG for the first time. I take my level 60 hunter to the BM in IF and select ""first available"" and ""join the battle"". The window closes and nothing in any form of confirmation happens. I asked about and was told an icon should appear on the mini-map. I then traveled to the AV entrance and tried that also. Nadda. Why can I not get on a queue. There should be a PvP icon on the bottomleft of your minimap. Are you running any addons that add buttons to you minimap. If so, you'll want to configure them to move the buttons out of the way. It's small and hard to miss, and you have to mouseover it to see that you're in queue and what your wait time is. wow eu If you click it, it'll show your BG options. I do have some other map icons and will try that out. ""...maybe you should try something else than ""Join Battle""..."" That is the only option available to choose from. As far as battle types, it only lists ""first available"". I did notice on the WSG BM, first avail, and a few numbered instances were listed but i couldnt get on those queues either. I'll keep chugging at it. Well, just an update. wow euro The BG icon on the mini-map was indeed covered by an AddOn icon. I moved the AddOn's and tried joining. Lo and behold, an icon similar to the meeting stone one (ie, looks like a mini PvP flag). There was no confirmation to joining the queue other than the icon appearing. Only reason I'd pay that is to check out the hunters talent changes. And once I'm done with that I'd stop playing until some other new and exciting change comes along. It's just not the same when you don't get anymore experience and solo-ing has no more reward in it I've been a bit on the lazy side lately, seeing as the only thing I am aiming for now is joining one of those MC raids, but even going there would probably give me nothing but a barrage of insults and yells for whatever wrong step I might make there. wow power level I enjoyed WoW the most when I was playing with my friends for the fun of it, back during the lower levels. No grinding, no aiming for being the best of the best. Things were much more light-hearted and, main thing, I knew most of the people there quite well, which added up for a good experience altogether.
This is lost to me now, as the guild has become massive, and I see new members pop up every day. Though, I might get back on track if I started playing a new character, preferrably Horde with some friends. I won't be scuttling my account anytime soon in any case. " .

I am sooooo addicted!!
"For a long while, about 2 months, i really didnt play WoW at all. I was bored with my paladin who was proving more and more useless and high maintinence as he leveled up more and more. Keeping up with equipment costs and whatnot was becoming frustrating, this is because of the massive increase in experience required to get to the next level, so for example when i was level 20 i only had to repair maybe once until i hit lvl21 whereas at level 40 i had to do it 3-8 times before i progressed. But aside from that i was just bored with the class, im not a huge fan of going on long drawn out instances and buffing all the members of my party every 5min, that takes alot of time and is VERY boring to do after about 1-2 hours. My DPS was terrible, so i was reduced to being a meat shield (which i realize IS part of the job but i wanted something more interactive). I was also dissatisfied with the amount of time needed to get something done, i am by no means casual but i would not consider myself ""hardcore"" ... whatever THAT means. But THEN, then i created TUBBZ. And he saved me. I find the Warrior class much more suiting, it seems as though i can really make a difference and a contribution to the team. Plus its fun to roleplay as Tubbs, which is something i thought i would never be into considering i always considered roleplayers to be the nerd kings of nerd land. And no matter how many times i play through the starting quests and all that nonsense i never get sick of it! Even now i LOVE my favorite zones, all of which are beginner areas (so to speak): Elwynn, Westfall, Redridge and Duskwood.

That none of you have created a new character on Silvermoon to play with Tubbz!! come on, he is waiting for you! He is much funnier in person. Then came the ads on sites like GameSpy where an ad literally covers up your article by staying in the middle of the screen and waiting for you to click ""Close"". wow euro I'll never ever click one of those ads; if the advertiser thinks that they have bought access to cover the article I'm reading, they're sorely mistaken. I don't like sites that have those kind of ads. I like big banner ads and bar ads, they're fine. wow power leveling I love Google AdWords (except when they keep showing ""Buy WoW Gold cheap!"" ads on all these wow sites, hehe). However, lately there have been ads for a medical hair center that render this site partially unusuable; a gigantic bronze ad lowers itself out of its designated space and covers up the first 3 links or so. So I click the ""Close"" button, but I'm unable to click the links to the first few forums at all. wow gold I'm not sure if it's a bug in Firefox 1.0.6, or with my flash install, or what, but it's quite annoying. Did Azzor agree to these kind of ads or is adserver.com being insidious and displaying them without permission. Meh, I guess I just need to cough up the dough to become a supporter. I just don't like sites that allow the annoying flash ads that cover up the page I didn't think of Spyware, as I'm on a work PC and it (allegedly) gets checked for spyware weekly.

"Hello Everyone, when searching for World of Warcraft stuff online don't you wish you could just have an organized list of all of the sites. I did and I decided to do something about it, for myself and for other WoW fans which is why i'm posting here. (Main Tank) I have found that as a Hunter I can better split the mobs. Even easier now that pets can have outragous amounts of armour. My party sits back outside of agro range but within bow. wow euro I set my frost trap and get a regen buff on my pet before I send him in. Sent in the pet to grab all agro. It is important to not shoot until pet has attacked so as not to get noticed by the mobs. wow power leveling Once pet has agro I fire multi shot to pull 2 mobs to me. Party waits until one gets frozen and attacks the other. I continue assisting my pet and may close in to add my mend pet. wow gold Party should be able to take out both mobs and if my pet is getting weak I fire anouther multishot to pull more to me and my party. As warrior and tank build, I hate to see how hunters take mass aggro on 4 or 5 mobs. I takes a lot of work to get them off and all on you. 30% dmg reduction and medium HP is not the same as 50% and high HP. So keep your job as dmg dealer or exelent second tank, but let the main tanking with the plate-shield combination. Taking agro is easy with something AOE - mages, warlocks have this problem. Equip yourself with a bomb or grenade (if you have engineering) or EZ-thro if not and agro will be yours (all except one one that pet directly engaged). My pet can also cowel (a most unused pet skill), but when he does I usually have alot of agro built up so mob is mine. wow power level MT needs as much agro that when the heal comes agro will not be lost.
I never played my warrior enough to learn how difficult this is. I use disengage to feed agro between me and my pet. Feign Death to save my self from a run back into zone. If I ever get this much agro with anouther playing MT then I am doing something wrong. For single pulls I like to let the MT know and let him/her do the pull." .

"The second obstacle, and probably the more difficult one, is that we are, and always have been, a casual guild. I don’t really want to make the transition to a raiding guild - there are several on Shandris that are far ahead of us in progression; if I wanted to raid hardcore, I could just apply to one of them - but I’m unsure how far we can get as a casual guild. There will always be that tension between the “raiders” and the “casuals”. The two groups’ goals are very different and somewhat incompatible. It’s already been suggested that we split the guild up - non-raiders, alts, people not yet to 70, and casuals would stay in The Blood Legion, and the raiders leave to form a new guild. I don’t think that will happen - I think the friendships are too strong - but that the idea was even raised was surprising. So, is this drama. I’m not really sure. To me, drama has always seemed to be one or two people that became disgruntled (usually over loot), started trash-talking the leaders behind their backs, and found other not-gruntled people, all the while not ever bringing their problem(s) into the open to be discussed like mature adults. Usually the whole thing eventually blows up in spectacular fashion, and The Disgruntleds end up leaving or getting kicked. What The Blood Legion is going through doesn’t seem like that to me. This seems more like growing pains. The guild is large enough now that is probably can’t hope to meet everyone’s goals like it did in the past. I’m not sure where this will lead, but I do believe that we will remain strong. " "Having had time to stew about it, I find I’m still extremely angry about yesterday’s revelation. But, as you may have noticed, for what is probably the first time in the history of this blog, yesterday Lass “Dropped The ‘F’-Bomb”. And, I would say, with damn good reason. I was, and continue to be, angry. I don’t fancy myself some martyr by any means. wow powerleveling These things happen constantly, to people much less deserving than myself, and life goes on. But, for those that read this blog but have never had an actual conversation with me, allow me to let you in on a little secret. I’m a pretty high-strung individual. wow power level It doesn’t take a whole lot to rile me. I have a pretty strict code of personal conduct and ethics, and I have high expectations for people who have managed to gain my trust and respect, though I expect nothing of anyone else that I wouldn’t also expect from myself.
There are certain behaviors that I can excuse or just plain brush off and ignore, and there are others that I will fixate on and will gnaw at my consciousness for days until I have sufficiently vented my frustrations. Guild Matters
"One of the new things to come in Patch 2.4 is a brand new Blue-level PvP-centered 5 piece set of armor that can be bought from various reputation vendors around the Outlands. The Thrallmar/Honor Hold, Cenarion Expedition, Keepers of Time, Lower City and the Sha’tar vendors all sell one piece and it looks like Honored with each group is the rep requirement. Wowhead has a page showing all of the different sets available to purchase. You’ll only see the piece(s) available to your class when you go to the vendor, but some classes have a couple different sets for different specs, so make sure you’re getting the one you want when you buy it. These sets becoming available is absolutely fantastic for McGraken. His gear is solid Greens at the moment, and I’m trying to not spend too much Gold buying new stuff. This gear is excellent for general PvE as well as PvP for a warrior, and it won’t cost very much at all to buy the pieces. I think I’m Honored with two or three of the factions already as well, so I can go grab those right off. " "On Tuesday Mornings, I try to fill some of the maintenance downtime void in your life by spotlighting some great aspect of the Warcraft community. Sometimes it’s great machinima, sometimes it’s skilled gameplay, sometimes it’s just plain silly. If you know of something out there that deserves a mention, be sure to let me know. Today we’ve got a film entitled “Gold Farmer”, a parody of “Gold Digger”. wow eu I think there’s something in here that we can all relate to. This is supposedly this guy’s first machinima, so I have to say I’m pretty impressed by the quality of it. I do think I would have gotten someone else to perform the song though. The title is given to players who have completed the attunement quest for both The Eye and Serpentshrine Cavern. It requires a guild to have (at least) 25 dedicated players who are geared well enough to clear Karazhan, Gruul’s Lair, and kill Magtheridon. wow power leveling It’s definitely not for the weak or faint hearted I’m rather pleased that the guild has set this goal in place. I love the people in my guild, love BC raiding (at least the 10 man, so far), and I would love to have that title. The title will become unavailable once WotLK comes out, so there is a bit of urgency in completing the quests and clearing the dungeons that we need to do. wow powerleveling I also enjoy having that definite goal - it’s given the guild a focus that we did not have before and I’m enjoying learning what I need to help the guild progress. There are a number of obstacles in our way, however. The Blood Legion has been around almost since the launch of Shandris, and we’ve always been a casual guild. There are a number of people in the guild that are not yet 70, and a bunch of 70s that are not yet geared to raid. The first problem this presents is that we have a long, long road to travel, gear-wise. wow power level Many of us have only been to Kara a couple of times and lots of us are still in normal and Heroic Blues. We just started running a 2nd Kara team - which I joined; I’d been to Kara a few times already when it started, but I decided to join them because the people on it were more fun - so that will help significantly with gear, but there is still a long ways to go.
We have to get Kara on farm for two teams - not an easy task by itself - and then make the jump into 25 man raiding, which I’ve heard is quite a jump. At best, we are looking at a few months to get Kara down, and then a couple more to get the 25 man raids going smoothly. " .

There are a number of obstacles in our way, however. The Blood Legion has been around almost since the launch of Shandris, and we’ve always been a casual guild. There are a number of people in the guild that are not yet 70, and a bunch of 70s that are not yet geared to raid. The first problem this presents is that we have a long, long road to travel, gear-wise. wow power level Many of us have only been to Kara a couple of times and lots of us are still in normal and Heroic Blues. We just started running a 2nd Kara team - which I joined; I’d been to Kara a few times already when it started, but I decided to join them because the people on it were more fun - so that will help significantly with gear, but there is still a long ways to go.
We have to get Kara on farm for two teams - not an easy task by itself - and then make the jump into 25 man raiding, which I’ve heard is quite a jump. At best, we are looking at a few months to get Kara down, and then a couple more to get the 25 man raids going smoothly. " .

Mana Efficiency and You
"BRK’s answer can pretty much be summed up in one paragraph: “Hunters, regardless of talent spec, have an flexibility in their attacking style that the other classes just can’t match. Can those others do more damage or more DPS. Sure. But do they have a two-pronged attack capability. Not really, no.” Wow. Certainly an interesting way to look at it, and a view that I’m sure not many had ever considered. I sure hadn’t. I can speak first hand as a Marksman hunter that yes, we are incredibly mana inefficient. But when it comes right down to it, I am extremely deadly for a few short seconds when I decide to open up full bore on some unsuspecting sap… No matter the class. But let’s dig a little deeper into this, shall we. wow eu What happens when a hunter, no matter their spec, runs out of mana. Does the DPS stop. No, because we’ve got a weapon with ammunition that has the potential of doing over 300 damage per hit, plus a pet. wow euro Can any caster class claim that with wands. Not really. They may have wands that do slightly over 300, but they don’t have the benifit of RAP boosting skills and attributes like we do. wow power leveling If we’re running out of mana, we can cut back on the amount of special shots that we use, and just let arrows fly. As long as we’ve got ammo, and are able to keep our pet alive and tanking, whatever we’re going to shoot at is going to die. It’s not like Blizzard hasn’t given us tools to make us slightly more mana efficient either. Talents like Efficiency, Thrill of the Hunt, and Improved Mend and Revive Pet help out a great deal. wow powerleveling Aspect of the Viper, while I’ve yet to use it, since it’s a few levels away, is specifically designed to help you regain mana quickly.
And there are bits and pieces of equipment that help as well. The last thing we want is Blizzard to make a change that would give people more to complain about how overpowered we, only to later come along with the nerf bat and take out our knees, so to all those whining about mana issues: STFU and L2P. "Ich will euch heute davon in Kenntniss setzen das meine Zeit hier als Serveradministrator zu ende ist. Die Gründe liegen im Privaten Bereich. "Rogue PvP Mini-Guide
"This is a guide that I originally wrote for some guildies, and decided to expand into a bit of a Rogue PvP mini-guide, for everyone to read. It's just a sharing of my experiences in PvP as a Rogue. Seemingly the ultimate PvP class, with their combination of stealth, big damage, and cool poisons. Played well, they can be effective, deadly, and a menace to all classes. Played poorly, they are just an easily 3-shotted free set of honor points. No one likes to be backstabbed, but nothing makes a warrior panic more than realizing you just took half his HP's in 4 seconds of *combat*. " .

"how to make some gold with a horde toon at around 30. ong of the most effective ways that I have found is to take your toon and send him or her through rage fire chasm. wow honor leveling What you will want to do is get as many green items and linen cloth you can. If you are not a tailor/enchanter then you will want to make a level one toon and train them with these skills. After you get all the green items and linen you can you will want to send the items to your toon that has the tailor/enchanter skills. Use the linen cloth to level your tailoring up till you can make the first green item. This item usually disenchants for one to three strange dust or lesser magic essence. In the auction house strange dust sells for quite a bit of gold for being such a low level item. Plus you could also use this trick to level your new enchanter toon's skill. At level 30 you should be able to run through rage fire chasm in about an hour. With one run through you should be able to get on average 100 linen cloth and about 15 to 20 green items. wow level service If you use all the linen cloth and make green items in tailoring. Then you disenchant all your green items, you should reach about 40 to 60 strange dust. If you sell them in the auction house for about two gold per stack then you will have made about 4 to 6 gold, just on strange dust. Also if you wanted to gain some experience while making some gold you could try the venture company mobs in strangle thorn vale. These mobs are fairly easy to kill and yield a decent amount of green items, while also having good vender trash items or gray items for those who don't know.
Most times these mobs are being killed so you might have a hard time finding the right rhythm. These mobs do have a fast respawn rate so usually by the time you are done with your med break you will be back up and killing as many as you can. The yeti's in hillsbrad foothills also are good experience but I would not recommend them for very much money. This article is my opinion and if you know of a better place to go and make money then that's what you do. wow lvl service I hope that my tricks and ways to make gold has helped. You'll always want the MS warrior shackled.
Unless you don't run any priest.
He's the single most dangerous add you can have.buy wow gold.
MS on your tank when Moroes enrages is hurting.
He can one-shot healers.wow eu.
He'll probably whirlwind in the middle of your raid etc etc.
If you have two shackles, the Retadin is a good second choice.
He hurts, dispells and stuns.or wow.
None of those are fun.
He's a decent option for traps too.
If you are lucky and get the Prot Warrior, just have your off-tank handle him.wow honor leveling.
In between Vanishes he can be killed.
He mostly tickles anyway, though the disarm might make him a nuisance on a Warrior tank.wow eu.
Ferals couldn't care less.
One advantage is that he'll break the Gouge/Blind as well by tickling your tank.
If you get the healers, just have the priests be careful about the shackles and don't stand near 'em (the shackles that is, not the healer adds).
Earthbind / Frost Trap / Tank Aggro on 'em will help keep your healers alive.
Rogues can 'off-tank' (and I use the word in its broadest sense) the two priest adds through stuns and evasion.
I've been there with only a single crowd control (well, I've been there without, but that's not the point I'm trying to make) and if I had to chose, I'd put it on the MS warrior every single time.
For Moroes, I'm mostly going to echo the other comments.
CC prioirty list: MS Warror -> Ret Pally -> Holy Pally -> Holy Priest/Shadow Priest.
I never CC the Prot warrior, he is a (slight) rage assist for the off-tank.
My kill order is basically the reverse of the above.
SPriest over Holy, due to mana burn.
If you have a BM Hunter, their pet can tank the adds.
I've also had the main tank pick them up along with Moroes.
Can also use a frost mage to 'kite-tank' them.
A 'trick' that may help next week: Send someone in pre-raid and check the adds - I have used Mind Vision or one of the engineering toys (Tonks.
) in the past - if you don't like what you get, then leave and reform the raid with another leader.
You'll get a new raid ID, and new adds.
I generally used to do this with just one other in the raid, and then once happy, would do full raid invites.
Something that might help *this* week: A soft reset changes the adds.
Leave the zone for 30 minutes and you get new adds, so you could go in early and see what you have.
If you like them, just hang out in the zone until raid time - otherwise, leave for a while, then try again.
